The former Plant Pool Ltd. was a subsidiary of the else while Bank for Housing and Construction. The company collapsed as a result of mismanagement. J.A. Plant Pool (GH) Ltd. was established to acquire Plant Pool ltd. after it was put on divestiture, to carry out the business of the same Plant Pool.
