Company history – The former Plant Pool Ltd. was a subsidiary of the else while Bank for Housing and Construction. The company collapsed as a result of mismanagement. J.A. Plant Pool (GH) Ltd. was established to acquire Plant Pool ltd. after it was put on divestiture, to carry out the business of the same Plant Pool

Vision – To be the leading provider of plant pool, equipment rental and leasing services in Ghana and the West Africa sub-region by 2015 and to achieve excellence in everything we do as judged by our customers, employees and shareholders.

Mission – To provide reliable equipment rental and after sales services to the mining, timber, agricultural, landfill management, building and road construction industries.
